Refund & Return Policies
1. First-Order Refund Policy
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:
Eligibility: Refunds under this policy are available for your first order only. This applies whether your first order was a one-time purchase or the first shipment of a subscription.
Timeframe: You must request your refund within 30 calendar days from the date you received your order.
No Return Required: Because our products are consumable dietary supplements, we do not require you to ship the product back. You are welcome to keep, donate, or discard any remaining product.
How to Request: To initiate a refund, contact our support team at hello@naturelafresh.store within the 30-day window. Please include your order number and the reason for your request.
Once your refund request is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at hello@naturelafresh.store
2. Subscription Orders
If you are enrolled in a subscription, the first-order refund policy above applies only to your first shipment. Refunds are not available for second shipments and beyond. By continuing your subscription past the first shipment, you acknowledge and agree to receive and pay for subsequent shipments.
You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next shipment is processed by contacting us at hellonaturelafresh@gmail.com or through your account dashboard. Cancellation will prevent future charges but does not entitle you to a refund on shipments that have already been processed or delivered.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, contact us at hello@naturelafresh.store immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In such cases, we will offer a replacement or full refund regardless of order history at our discretion. No return shipment is required.
4. International Orders
The same refund policy applies to international orders. If you are eligible for a refund (first order, within 30 days), you will receive a full refund and are not required to return the product.
5. European Union — 14-20 Day Cooling-Off Period (due to war)
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or request a refund within 14 to 20 days of receiving your order, for any reason and without justification, in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations. This right applies in addition to, and does not limit, the 30-day first-order refund policy described above. No return shipment is required.
6. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for a refund: orders where the refund request is made more than 30 days after delivery; second or subsequent subscription shipments; gift cards; and promotional or sale items, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please request a refund (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
